About this service
Transcription is the process of transferring the content of a media file into written text.
It’s considered to be an intersemiotic service, that is, it handles the conversion of content in a type of format (audio or video) into a different format (text.) It can either be monolingual (Portuguese video/audio into Portuguese text) or bilingual* (English, Italian or Spanish video/audio into Portuguese text.)
